Flight Instruction
I’m an independent Certified Flight Instructor based in the Tampa Bay area, providing discovery flights, one-on-one flight training for pilots pursuing their Private and Commercial certificates, and Instrument rating. I also do flight reviews and IPC’s.
I take a structured, straightforward approach to instruction. Each lesson has a clear objective, and I focus heavily on fundamentals, decision-making, and consistency. The goal isn’t to rush training—it’s to make every lesson productive and meaningful.
Because I work independently, students train with one instructor from start to finish. This keeps training focused, efficient, and tailored to individual goals.
My Journey
I completed my flight training through a structured, accelerated program, which shaped how I approach instruction today. While that environment builds strong technical skills, I chose to instruct independently so I could slow things down, focus on understanding, and work one-on-one with students without the distractions of a large flight school.
Outside Aviation
Outside of flying, I love staying active, lifting in the gym, running, playing pickleball, spending time at the beach, skiing, and doing anything outdoors.
Aircraft
There are 3 Piper Archers available, all equipped with traditional six-pack instrumentation. Two aircraft are equipped with Garmin G430 avionics, and one is equipped with a Garmin GTN 750, allowing students to build strong fundamentals while gaining experience with modern IFR-capable navigation systems.
